Hey! Hi! I’m Kadee. My family and I live in the Pacific Northwest. I find joy in little miracles like making food from scratch, knitting a garment out of string, or watching a seed germinate and grow overnight, and of course I find joy in movement. Through these joys I've learned that little things can be very powerful, and even the smallest steps can lead to big results.
When it comes to exercise, I believe in people's individuality, and understand that not all bodies should look or move in the same way. In my classes we'll focus on function over form to help you move in a way that meets you where you are today. I apply concepts from yoga, aerobics, strength training, and mindfulness to keep exercise fun and engaging. There are so many ways to experience fitness, let's explore the options together.
